  1. 01 / Cost

    Busywork adds up.

Copying between spreadsheets, chasing updates, and repeating the same tasks takes time away from the work that matters.

  2. 02 / Privacy

    Know where your data goes.

Customer details and internal documents need care. Choose what AI can access, where it runs, and what needs your approval.

  3. 03 / Dependence

    It all waits on you.

Inquiries, program follow-ups, and next steps stall when one person has to remember every detail.

Talk through your situation

My own workflow was the starting point.

I wanted practical help with notes, reminders, and daily briefings, not another disconnected tool to manage. I also wanted control over where my data went.

So I built Jarvis: a local AI assistant running on one RTX 3060 with 12GB, with Obsidian dashboards for its notes, reminders, and daily briefings. It's one example of connecting AI to the work it needs to help with.

Your project doesn't need to look like mine. It might be one useful automation in the tools you already use, without new hardware or a full rebuild.

Make your tools work together.

Start with a conversation
  1. 01

    Find the bottleneck

Tell me what takes too long, gets missed, or means doing the same thing twice. We look at your current tools, privacy needs, and budget. No technical brief needed.

  2. 02

Agree on a small, useful project

We choose a clear starting point and agree on the scope and price before work begins, including any ongoing software costs. No new hardware unless the project calls for it.

  3. 03

    Build and test it together

I build the solution, then you or your staff try it against the task it needs to handle. We check the results and decide where human review belongs.

  4. 04

    Put it to work

Get a walkthrough and clear instructions so you can use it day to day. Ongoing support or further improvements are optional, not a requirement to start.

Tools that fit the way you work.

For your own workload, a staff team, or a whole business. These are starting points, not a fixed menu.

  • Inquiries

Turn incoming forms and messages into an organized list of people, requests, and next steps.

  • Follow-ups

Create reminders and draft replies so you or your staff can review and respond.

  • Documents

Pull useful details from paperwork and prepare summaries for you to check.

  • Spreadsheets

Reduce repeat data entry and bring scattered information into a clearer view.

  • Knowledge

Make notes, policies, and reference material easier to search and use.

  • Private AI

Run AI on your own hardware when your data needs it. Local setups are an option, not a requirement.

Shape this around your work

What would make your day easier?

You don't need a solution in mind. Tell me what's repetitive, frustrating, or falling through the cracks. We can see whether a small paid project would help, with a clear scope and price before you commit. If AI isn't the right fit, I'll say so.
